Waitlist Terms
1. What your sign-up means
By submitting your email address through the EconomyStore.in coming soon page, you are asking to receive a single notification when EconomyStore.in launches.
This is not:
- A purchase commitment
- A booking or reservation
- A contract of any kind
- A guarantee of early access, discount, or preferential pricing
Your submission constitutes consent to receive launch-related communication only, as described below.
2. What you will receive
After submitting your email address, you will receive:
- A double opt-in confirmation email immediately after your submission. You must click the link in this email to confirm your sign-up. Unconfirmed sign-ups are not added to the notification list and are deleted after 30 days.
- A single launch notification email when EconomyStore.in opens to the public.
We will not send marketing emails, promotional offers, third-party advertisements, or any other communications before the launch notification, unless we have a significant factual update (such as a delay to our timeline) that affects people who have signed up.
3. What you will not receive
- Promotional or marketing emails
- Offers on behalf of third parties
- Surveys or feedback requests before launch
- Product recommendations or personalised content based on your data
4. Withdrawing your consent
You may withdraw your consent and remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by:
- Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or
- Writing to hello@economystore.in with the subject line "Remove me from the waitlist"
Upon withdrawal, your data will be deleted within 30 days. You will not receive the launch notification.
5. Seller early-access registration
If you register your interest in selling on EconomyStore.in through the seller registration form, the following applies:
- Your registration is an expression of interest only. It does not guarantee listing approval, a seller account, a commission rate, or any commercial relationship.
- Formal seller onboarding requires a separate agreement, documentation (business registration, tax, and category-specific compliance), and platform review.
- We will contact you at the email address you provided when seller onboarding opens. We will not contact you for any other purpose without your consent.
- If you have not been contacted within 12 months of registering, or if we decide not to proceed with seller onboarding, we will notify you and delete your registration data.
6. Logistics partner interest
If you write to us at logistics@economystore.in regarding a logistics partnership, you are initiating a business enquiry only. No partnership is formed, implied, or reserved by that communication.
7. No guarantees about launch
EconomyStore.in does not guarantee a specific launch date. If the platform is delayed, we will not be liable to waitlist members for any consequence of that delay.
If the platform does not launch within 24 months of your sign-up date, your data will be deleted and you will be notified.
8. Your personal data
How we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to access, correction, and erasure, are set out there.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [CITY], India.
